Caregivers are people that care for those who are dependent upon the support of others. Caregivers can be familial (e.g., parents) or professional (e.g., group home staff). Though care recipients vary across age ranges and levels of ability or disability, caregivers often share basic needs such as emotional and instrumental support. Our hopes for this area is that we can bring together information and methods gleaned from working with caregivers from across the spectrum and provide them to readers of this post.
